About Us

J & L Tool and Machine, Inc. was started over 42 years ago by Joe and Linda Landwerlen. They began with some common sense solutions and a welder. Today, J & L Tool is owned and operated by their children, Kathy Callahan and Bob Landwerlen, who serve as our company's President and Vice President respectively. They are continuing their parents legacy of high quality workmanship, customer driven focus, and roll up your sleeves Midwestern work ethic.

Meeting our customers needs is what it is all about. J & L Tool expanded its state of the art operation to over 28,000 square feet in 2009. J & L Tool is equipped with modern CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, and water-jet. We have full service welding capabilities utilizing top of the line mig, tig and arc welding equipment. We also offer a variety of precision measurement capabilities, and additional finishing options with laser engraving and printing equipment.
