J & L Tool and Machine, Inc. specializes in abrasive water-jet services using CAD integrated water-jet equipment. We can cut a wide variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, granite, marble, plastic, Kevlar, and tile. A water-jet cutter allows for closer tolerance cutting, which reduces scrap and improves second step operations by reducing machining time and improving cut edge quality. Water jet raw material capacity is 4' X 8' and up to 6" thick. We strongly believe that once you have experienced the benefits of water-jet cutting, you won't want to return to the old way of doing things.
